Who I Am

I have a love of learning. It's the thread that runs through everything I do. I've gained knowledge through books, experience, teaching, and thousands of conversations with people from every walk of life. But knowledge alone is just decoration. It becomes wisdom only when you apply it and internalize it through real experience. Each piece of knowledge I've forged into wisdom has shaped the way I think, the way I perceive, the way I lead, and the way I live.

With wisdom comes responsibility. You are most equipped to help the person you used to be. Every mistake, every lesson is exactly what qualifies you to guide someone walking the path you've already traveled. That's my calling. To pass on what I've lived and proven so others can rise higher, live with resilience, and join in building a better world.

My background spans military service, emergency management, and leadership roles within Fortune 50 companies. I've served on the executive board of an international nonprofit, guiding vision and impact at an international scale. At my core, I strive to be of service to others. The greatest service I can offer is to share what I've learned, lived, and proven.

Everyone Leads

The Six Bases of Power Made Simple

Everyone Leads brings the groundbreaking research of John French and Bertram Raven out of academic journals and into the rooms where leadership actually happens. Through stories set in boardrooms and living rooms, patrol cars and barber chairs, classrooms and construction sites, each chapter reveals how one of the six bases of power works, what it looks like when someone wields it well, and what it costs when they don't.
